The proximity to the seaplane terminal was great for us, and we loved being close to the calm blue lagoon, as well as the friendly interactions with staff and other guests at this place.

Everything was very good, flexible staff, BREATHTAKING views of the beach. The rooms were beautifully maintained with a minibar, climate control, and an individual safe. The hotel was in a stunning and absolutely perfect location, on the reef. Besides, it was short walk to both two restaurants and ocean. The à la carte restaurant and modern bar, we truly enjoyed them.

Spacious bedroom. Hospitality of the staff. Stunning and favourable location in Manadhoo not far from the sea plan terminal, VIP lounge, and an unforgettable views on the sea plane as well as an isolated island in the middle of the ocean.

I am happy with the restaurant staff, namely niushad from breeze restaurant. A very outspoken gentlement and he remember what you like and he have the ability to know what kind of drinks you will like to have and how it should be done. Basically he took the effort to study human behaviour. Spa is awesome the massage and " lost away paradise " package is awesome. in villa dining is limited they have only minimum of food to be serve in villa.
The front desk / reception staff was rude and slow in getting the things ready. Sad to say I personally contacted the front desk via the phone for at least 7 times + personally walk myself to the reception area twice to be nice in asking them for replacement sets of hair dryer and faulty tv connection, for the faulty equipments like E.g tv + hair dryer. I contacted them since day 1 till end of the trip nothing was done. They only reply you ok and they don't get back to you at all. The front desk staff wasn't serious about their job. It seems like they can't be bother to assist anybody.

The hotel was simply beautiful and relaxing. If you r looking for a place just to relax it would be your perfect spot. We took the Water Villa with swimming pool and the place was spacious and comfortable. Huge tub in the middle of the bathroom amazing set up for the whole villa. The food is in the hotel is expensive but it was worth it. The buffet price was good if you want to compare it to the quality of the food which was provided. The spa was also very nice.
No activities! Well they say there is activities in the hotel but, since the place is more of a relaxation spot most people come just to relax. The hotel was fully booked almost when we were there and you feel that the resort is empty! It is nice in away when u feel like u want to be alone with your partner. But, when it comes to activities the resort they have a rule that states for every activity there is a minimum amount of people should register. If this number is not achieved then tough luck the activity would be canceled! We could not go to do snorkeling and we could not go to do the sunset fishing trip! I think services should be provided regardless of the amount of people register for the activity. Also room service was a bit too slow when u ask them for anything!

Excellent resort, I would recommend it for Honeymooners as there is ample amount of privacy. Staff is very friendly and the service in general is quite good.
The prices are extortionate.. To give you an Idea... Lunch or Dinner would cost a couple around $150 with drinks Bottle of coke $7 Pack of chocolates $6 In 5 days we spent a total of $1500 for food, drinks + the following 2 activities Rent a canoe $25 an hour Cheapest Message Option $125 per head If you are deciding whether to go for full board of half board, below might help Food is Excellent at the buffet If you opt for the Buffet for dinner and you are on a B&B package, it will cost you $100 per head not including drinks.

1. The nature is very relaxing and shaming. 2. The Maldivian people are very simple, humble, polite and kind. 3. The weather was very nice, most of the time sunny and the rest is raining (heavily). However, with sunny weather it was a bit humid.. 4. There was a mosque offering Friday prayers (maybe interesting for muslims)
It might seem to be long here, but i recommend everybody to read it thoroughly: 1. At first, we booked the Aqua beach villa with pool (it was the most expensive, villa # 26) but we really liked the pictures and the privacy was shown in the online pictures. However, the villas next to us was still viewing us especially when we use in the pool. 2. The villa looked very old and not clean enough as shown in the picture. The cleaning was not so good to the extend that we could still see the dirt accumulations from the guests before us. the surfaces of the tables, tap, side tables, tv table were not clean enough. When we asked the staff how old is this resort they said only 4 years!! we were shocked! because it looked much older. 3. The AC was not working, the first two nights we thought maybe it's the high humidity but when we complained they sent the technician which said, "the gas tube was broken" so there was no cold air. So first two nights we slept and woke up very wet! the last days, the AC was very cold, so it was not working properly at all, either too hot or too cold. 4. The TV appliances (satellite, remote controls, Bose system) was extremely slow and difficult to operate and was only offering 10 channels. only 2 of them are for movies. 5. the Jacuzzi had no hot water, so we could not enjoy it. 6. The worst thing which really annoyed both me and my wife, was the Mosquitos!!!! They were very wild and big!! We could not sleep any night because of them. We had many bites, and they are not normal bites, I think something which has never happened to me before, I had red and blue signs all over my body. and worse than that, they didn't have any medical centre or even a medical specialist to help us. They could not offer us something against these Mosquitos except a sun burn lotion which didn't help at all. 7. The food now!

Our villa had excellent facilities and all the staff were incredibly friendly and pleasant.

Location
Poor communications with staff, food and beverage prices were outrageous E.g a small bottle of mineral water circa 10$, in a location where daily consumption is advised at 4 litres/person!= 80$/Person/day!!!! Tax and service charge structure increasing the holiday price by 20%. Lack of transparency in advising of departure times ie 6-30 pm on the day before departure- poor co-ordination with the booking led to an abortive days charge where no refund was given, full taxes levied and charged for a breakfast we could not consume. This is not the way to customer satisfaction. How would you feel? Ripped -off is the answer.
